Today I will introduce an omurice called " Mentaiko Mayonnaise Omurice. "
In order to make this omurice, at first you should fry  rice with onion and mushrooom.
After frying the rice, you add soy souce, dried bonito and a little seasoned cod roe into the rice, and then you fry the rice again.
After fring the rice, you wrap the rice with two or three eggs.
The topping is mayonnaise, roasted laver and seasoned cod roe.
You souse mayonnaise like okonomiyaki, and put roasted laver and seasoned cod roe.
That's it! Enjoy your meal.

  1. That one looks good, too.... except I would leave off the cod roe and the mayonnaise (sorry:)).
